Happy Birthday Doug!!! Doug is the third child of Russ and Diane Evans and was born on October 19, 1978 at Sherman Hospital located in Elgin Illinois. Doug has always been known for his integrity and his ability to be a peacemaker. Doug loves camping, hunting, fishing riding his quad and lets not forget his love of NASCAR. He is also an outstanding father, husband and business owner. Happy Birthday, we love you!!
